LUMBERJACK® LJ075
Description
LUMBERJACK®LJ075 is the 2nd smallest cutter in the series. It can be supplied with ½”, ¾” or 1” hose connection. The LJ075 cutter can operate effectively with as low at 16 GPM and can handle pressures up to 3500 PSI. LJ075 cover pipe sizes from 10” and is delivered as a kit according to your needs. For ¾” and 1” hose connection the cutter can be used up to 12” pipes.
The LUMBERJACK®LJ075 skids are fixed and are sized to give the best centering performance in pipe. Always use the correct size of sled for the pipe to be cut. The LUMBERJACK® should never be operated without a centralizing skid. Sizing is the key word setting up your LUMBERJACK® with the correct sled and cutting links for the job. The length of the cutting link, in concrete pipe or other host pipes materials, should at the start of the cutting job, be approx. (1/4”) longer than the front diameter of the sled to be used. If performing cutting job is to be performed in more fragile pipes make sure the cutting links are shorter than the max diameter of the sled. Save your worn links for this line of work.
